Good Night Exercise

I can't believe that I am so "suay"! After a tiring working day, I went to buy my dinner while on my way home. It was 2030 hours...I am starving and exhausted, but still dragging myself to walk towards home.

When I'm about to reach, I noticed that the whole block of the flats is out of electricity! Gosh! This could not be happening in Singapore! Why would it only happened to my block BUT NOT MY NEIGHBORS' BLOCK?
Heck! What's worst is all the elevators is not functioning and I have to climb up the staircase to LEVEL 15! Awwwww... ;(

As I climbed, I was non-stop sweating and feeling extremely hot. I could barely breathe and my legs could lift no more. I stopped and gasp heavily on Level 8. A moment later, I saw something is blinking! Yes, the electricity was recovered. That was the moment where I felt I was being rescued by the lights! Of course, I ran as fast as I could to reach the elevator and took up to Level 15.


Here I reached at last!

...After climbing up eight levels.

Undergo Surgery

Last year, I suggested to my friends to try out night blading at East Coast Park. Two of my friends are not into roller blading for the fear of getting injured. However, I reassured them to try it on and for the sake of my request they attempted it.



Roller blading was a first attempt for Chee Sing. That night, I knew that he had tried his best to go on the blades and thus, his attempt ended failed. I still remembered that all of us has been laughing at him for keep falling down on the ground and ended up with bruises on his body, arms and legs. I felt deeply guilty for that.

After that incident, it left him with backache until today. Having tried for a few different kind of treatments, it doesn't really seems to help at all. He has been laid up for the pain for more than ONE FREAKING YEAR.

Tomorrow, Chee Sing will be undergoing for spine surgery. I wish that he will undergo for a perfect surgery with NO complications and super speedy recovery ;)

Lost Consciousness

Today, I took bus to work just like any other day. All seats are already occupied and I have to stand. After 10 minutes of standing in the bus, I felt sudden giddy. My vision started to become blur and I could see nothing but blackout. I closed my eyes and lost my consciousness afterwards! :(

I heard my friend calling out my name. I regained from my consciousness and realized that I was sitting on the bus floor! Passengers on the bus surrounded me. I was then being guided to a seat safely.
