Last day of 2010

Tonight, is the last night of 2010. What have you achieved? This year, I blogged lesser and became more committed to my studies.

Apparently, I have to admit that my memories has gotten poorer and worsen each year. No doubt for that. I must hope I could blog as much as I could in the near future :)

Here's a walk of remembrance for year 2010:

1. Went clubbing with my babes for the very first time after 10 over years of friendship

2. Watched the first concert with my husband.

By the way, it's Wonder Girls' mini concert

3. Attempted my first cooked dish from the cooking book borrowed from the National Library.

Clockwise: Fried prawn paste, paper wrapped chicken, fried prawn paste tofu, stir-fry tau miu

4. Had my first picnic with my lovely friends.

5. Had my first Gucci handbag.

6. For the first time, I hurt myself from the fall when I lost my consciousness at home.

The "hong mou lau" diappeared a week later

7. Had my first virgin bite of lobster sashimi.

8. Celebrated my first wedding anniverssary.

These are the things that I've done throughout the year! Really hope that I could blog more often in the future!

Hubby's Birthday Celebration

Good mood! Yesterday, went to Cineleisure at Orchard and thought of wanna catch a movie with hubby but unfortunately no movie tickets left for the timing that we wanted! Sobsss!

Next, headed for early dinner to celebrate baby's advanced birthday celebration at Sushi Tei @ Paragon. It's hubby celebration afterall...so let him be the boss and choose the items the he wants to eat...

Seaweed salad with Sushi Tei dresssing

Sorry...I forgot. This item was chosen by me. Supposingly it will taste better if it's a sashimi salad. The whole salad is ruined by the strong taste of sesame oil! I hate sesame oil! The rest of the food below was ordered by hubby.
Cha Soba

Gyoza

Gyuniku Roll

Lobster Sashimi

My first virgin of having lobster sashimi. It's very fresh but tasted bit fishy though. The lobster's legs is actually still moving lively! Not use to having raw lobster meat.

Loster in miso soup

The lobster's head and shell was then later use to serve in miso soup. Now that it taste better at least but my stomach is gonna burst soon!!!

...and lots more sushi that we consumed but didn't take any photos of it.

Went down to Plaza Singapura and thought can get a movie tickets but all sold out too! Soobssss again!

Chilled out at Starbucks instead and enjoy my hot latte with hubby for the night.

Geylang Lorong 8 Tin Gai Juk

Went for walk with hubby yesterday at Takashimaya.

Bought an advanced birthday gifts for hubby. Hope that you love it baby ^^

Ended the day with dinner at Geylang Lorong 8 for porridge with spicy froggies :P

Would be better if it's more spicy!

My cravings for the day has been satisfied ;)

Pengsan again...

Sigh...sigh....sigh...

I fainted again last Wednesday at my home.

I woke up in the morning just like my usual day for work. Switch off my alarm then grab my supplements pills. I felt giddy all of sudden and then I quickly sat down down at the edge of my bed. Then, attempted to place my supplements pills back in the bottle.

My eyelids were closed. Later on, I heard Kenny calling out for my name and asked why am I sleeping on the bedroom floor! That moment I thought, shit...I went back to sleep and had overslept.

The fact is, I realiased that I had actually lost my consciousness and fell to the floor. Hurt the right side of my forehead which had swollen with pain.

See my "hong-mou-lau"

Kenny said that when I fell, I actually hit him and then fell down loudly to the floor T_T

That's how I woke Kenny up who is usually sleep like a log and doesn't really respond to any sound and he found me lying unconsciously on the floor T_T

Please pray that I am in good health and nothing bad will befall on me...

Uni-President Spicy Beef Bowl Noodles

Yay!~ Hubby bought these bowl noodles from Taiwan with the help of his colleagues. Uni-President spicy beef bowl noodles is the only particular brand that is so..so...so...so tasty.

In fact, this was the second time I had it. The first time was in last year when Kenny went for reservist in Taiwan and bought it back for me.

Look at those chunks of beef!

Can't resist my temptations of having it now :p.......

Gotta grab a bowl now! See ya!

My First Spoonful

It's too ashamed to say that after 7 years that I have been in Singapore, I have no intention try this out at all. I always have this thought that it won't be filling at all by drinking a bowl of soup.

Until then, when hubby brought me for dinner at The Soup Spoon.

Meatless Minestrone with Gremolata

My colleague told me before that their signature soup is a must try. I give it a try then. Hubby was smart to have ordered the bread bowl so it must be very filling after all right?

Yummm...it's so tasty :D....
It taste so gooooood!

But...if you intended you try this, I suggest that you should order it in a bowl instead of bread because the bread soaked up all my soup!!

Gifts from Taiwan

Thank you Pei Pei for these gifts!! Muacksss!!

Felt so paiseh that she bought so much without having me to pay!

Next time I shall not dare to ask your help to buy things from overseas already because you won't let me pay for it! >_<

Coffee Shops Going Techno

Do you know that coffee shops are becoming more high-tech? Check out the device in the photo below.

This device named "Horizon Wireless"
I visited one of the Kopitiam recently and ordered my Set A breakfast. Instead of having to wait for my Set A to be done in the queue, the cashier gave me this Horizon Wireless device withouting informing me what should I do with it :S

Confusingly, I went to sit. 5 minutes later, the device vibrates and I guess it's suppoese to mean that my Set A breakfast is ready for collection?

Amazingly how technology works so well and making things more easy for us.
