More on Hong Kong/Shenzen

More updates on my previous vacation as promised...

Day 3 - Shenzhen

Shenzhen wasn't a fun trip for me. Upon our arrival, a tour guide lady welcome us. She would be the one who will be bringing us touring around the town. The first place that we went was...

Heck! I hate Museum. Boring...

The museum staff said that this figurine symbolized prosperity. Touch it now and bring prospers home!

Lion figurine at the entrance. Umm..where would you like me to touch?

There wasn't really much things to see in this museum. Besides we are not allowed to snap photos inside the museum because it contains national treasure in there. What national treasure?? They didn't even realized that I had already taken photos in there! (Due to the "privacy", I will not post the photos)

We headed to the next destination. A place that sell antiques. The moment I stepped in, I swear that I will not
get psycho by them. Inside, there is a place for us to sit where chinese tea are being served to us.

Tea drinking session.

How brilliant! -_-" They let you try their tea and then YOU WILL DEFINITELY BUY IT! Ended up, I bought a can of chinese tea for my parent.

Next destination, Window of World...

Seems like an interesting place from the outside :)

Do I have a nice boobs?

Can you go around the world in one day? Well, I just did it! :)

I've been to Paris

I've been to Japan

I've been to Korea

I've been to India

And even Mongolia!

Venice

Very beautiful sculpture isn't it?

Niagara Falls

And I don't know where is this place!

A very tiring trip but it's worth to visit this place :)

Vacation in Hong Kong

Day 1

I went to Hong Kong recently. It was kinda windy and cooling when I reached there. When I was on my way to the hotel, I noticed that Hong Kong got lots of mountains everywhere.

I hurt myself on the 1st day I reached Hong Kong when entering into the MTR (which known as MRT in Singapore).

I was so careless :(

I checked in the hotel located at Tsing Yi (which is VERY far away from town area). The first place that I went to visit was Lantau Island.

Entry ticket for Ngong Ping 360 cable car

Yes. In order to go to the Lantau Island, we took the fastest way which costs HKD88/SGD17.40.

Ngong Ping 360 cable car

I have no idea why the number 360 was in there.

Pei Yin with me taking cable car patiently

We finally reached Lantau Island after 30 mins ride.

That's Giant Buddha on the top of the mountain

Trying to climb on the hundreds steps of staircase

I did not made it to the peak though, due to the limited time left to catch the last cable car ride at 6:00pm. Somehow, I still managed to check out a few attractions in Lantau Island.

Me with monk

Architectural design of a tea house

I met up with some special people afterwards. The Royal family.

Queen Elizabeth dressed me up like this

Gosh! I even got the chance to give speech at the White House with George W.Bush and Bill Clinton standing beside me :p I felt honored.

Freedom of speech

After that, they did this to me.

Dammit! I was arrested. What is the meaning of freedom of speech then?

Alright, alright...I lied. I was in the Madame Tussauds wax museum :)

Leo Koo wants me to hold his (orange) ball. I refused.

Can I be your Bond's girl?

She was happy to flash it
Bae Yong Jun was so happy that I was there to sing the Winter Sonata song with him.

Look at his expression!

I saw Andy Lau. He reminds me of a JERK friend who praised him so much.

That is why my face expression looks so tulan (angry)

It is very hard to post with Tiger Woods because he is squatting and my friend was having difficulties trying to snap a picture of me with him. And I post like this...

What? Okay...I farted

Joey Yung. She looks more like J.Lo to me.

Sexy Kylie Minogue

The entrance fees for Madame Tussauds costs HKD115/SGD22.80. After that, we headed to Victoria Peak to see the night view of Hong Kong.

Going up to The Peak

Hong Kong night view was beautiful. It is worth while going up all the way just to see this...

Night view from The Peak

I
'm at The Peak :)

Everybody said that Hong Kong is very hazy. They did not aware that actually it is air polluted.

Blurry night scene

It was cooling and windy

Soon after, we took tram down the hill. The fare was kinda expensive. Although the distance was short, it costs HKD23/SGD4.60.

The tram

The road was so steep that I was actually leaning 45 degrees backward

We got to see a celebrity doing his filming. I'm not sure what is his name but he is a not-so-well-known Hong Kong celebrity.

Does anyone know what's his name?

Ooh ya...there is a famous celebrity which we are not allowed to take picture with our own camera. We have to bought this photos which costs HKD100.

You gotta pay to pose with Jacky Chan

Day 2

We went for dim sum breakfast in Maxim's Palace. A must try, Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun. It's really delicious :P....

Yummy yummy Chee Cheong Fun

Next, we headed to the Ocean Park...

Entrance to the Ocean Park

Without knowing it, Ocean Park is already 30 years old this year.

Ocean Park's 30th Anniversary with flower decorations

The weather was pretty hot on that day. You can see it on Pei Yin's face expression...

Freaking HOT weather!

Ocean Park got lots of exciting outdoor games to play. Unfortunately that none of my friends are interested in it.
Except this one...

An unexciting small type of roller coaster :(

Ocean Park was a very huge place. You need to walk a lot in here. It took about 20 minutes to walk from one area to another. Their underwater aquarium was huge. Lots to check out...

Look what I found here!

Take a closer look at it...

It feels as soft as jelly

Huge underwater aquarium with sharks!

This snail is huge

Marine life have a lot of weird things which you never seen before. This is my favorite :)

"Guys! Get your *ss out from here!"

We even went to see the dolphin show. Sadly that it is not an interesting show.

Is she smiling?

We spent half of the day at Ocean Park. When the night falls, we headed to Tsim Sha Tsui, the Avenue of Stars. We waited and watch the Symphony of Lights. It is something like where the lights from the tall buildings across the river, which will blinks and moves when the music rhymes.

What a boring songs they played! Not worth to waste your time there.

The ship that symbolised Hong Kong

Along the Avenue of Stars, you will find some commemorative plaques with handprints and initials of celebrities.

Cecilia Cheung's handprints

Lots more photos to be upload. To be continued...
